Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic Sport. It is a combination of gymnastics, ballet, and
modern dance. Rhythmic Gymnastics is choreographed to music and performed with colorful
ribbons, balls, ropes, hoops, and clubs.
San Diego School of Rhythmic Gymnastics (San Diego Rhythms) is a year around
developmental rhythmic gymnastics and ballet program where every child is special and welcome.
We offer Beginner Classes and Competitive Team training. Our gymnasts are winners of State,
Regional and National championships.
All our outstanding coaches are USA Gymnastics Professional members, and are Safety
Certified. Our training facilities are fabulous!
Our La Jolla location is Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (JCC) and our
Carmel Valley location is Boys and Girls Club. Transportation is provided from all local
schools to the Boys and Girls Club
At both locations we use a gym with high ceilings, ballet room, and dance room.
Both locations offer after school extended day care and different programs for siblings and
parents like martial arts, Zumba, music lessons, acting, and other programs. The JCC has
a swimming pool and offers swimming lessons for children.
