Welcome to the Rhythmic Gymnastics Club of
San Diego, La Jolla, and North County
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful Olympic Sport. It is a combination of gymnastics, ballet,
and modern dance. Rhythmic Gymnastics is choreographed to music and accompanied by
colorful ribbons, balls, ropes, hoops, and clubs.

San Diego School of Rhythmic Gymnastics and Dance (San Diego Rhythms)
is a year around developmental rhythmic gymnastics and dance program where every child is
special and welcome. We have Toddlers, Beginners, Pre Team, and Team levels in our
program. Our gymnasts are winners of State, Regional and National championships.

All our outstanding coaches are USA Gymnastics Professional members, and are Safety  and
First Aid/CPR Certified. Our training facilities are fabulous!

Our
La Jolla location is Lawrence Family Jewish Community Center (JCC).

Besides a gym with high ceilings, we use ballet room, dance room, and swimming pool with
heated water. There are comfortable locker rooms with showers, fitness room with state of
the art equipment, and cafeteria with a restaurant menu at the JCC. Parents can become the
JCC members and can use JCC facilities, while waiting for their children, and siblings can do
activities like swimming, tennis, martial arts, music, acting and others at the same time.

Our
Carmel Valley and Encinitas  locations are San Dieguito Boys and Girls Club.

We invite everybody to visit us and find out more about our program.
